We aim to provide outstanding dental care to our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our dentists, but also other patients as well. Please see below our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us with at least 48 hours ( 1 week for Weekend, Specialist and appointments for 90 minutes or more) prior to your appointment taking place. Appointments are currently in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other patients access to an earlier appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on 0208 399 4311 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you are welcome to send us an email to cancel your appointment. Please note, that appointments booked for a Monday MUST be cancelled the Thursday before. If your appointment is 90 minutes or more, on a Saturday, or you are seeing one of our specialist dentists ( for implants, periodontic treatment, root canals ) you MUST provide a minimum of 7 days notice as these appointments are limited and currently in high demand.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours ( or less than 7 days for Saturdays, Specialist appointments and appointments of 90 minutes or more) before the appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge £50 per hour as the missed appointment fee which is non refundable.
For example : A 1 hour appointment cancelled outside of the cancellation policy timeframe would be charged at a cost of £50. If the appointment has a duration of 2 hours, this would be charged at £100.
