Nicola Norris, known fondly as Nicki to colleagues and patients alike, is our outstanding Surbiton Dental Practice Manager, and she’s been a core part of the team for over 13 years. With her warm presence, hands-on approach, and deep connection to the practice, Nicki helps ensure that everything runs smoothly, from daily operations to patient satisfaction.

As a dedicated dental practice manager in Surbiton, Nicki wears many hats. She works at reception and is often the first person to greet patients with a big smile and genuine warmth. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with many of our long-term patients, becoming a familiar and reassuring face at our family dental clinic in Surbiton. Her friendly and approachable nature has made her an essential part of what makes the practice feel like home for so many.

Nicki is widely appreciated for her loyalty, work ethic, and commitment to ensuring that the practice continually meets and exceeds expectations. Her organisational skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for both patients and colleagues help create a welcoming and efficient environment that reflects the values of a friendly dental team in Surbiton.

Living locally with her two children, Naomi and Jay, Nicki balances her professional life with her role as a loving and devoted mum. When she’s not managing the day-to-day activities of the practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly going on holidays where they can relax and make memories together. Travel is a passion of hers, and America is her all-time favourite destination.

Nicki draws daily inspiration from her father, who she considers the person that’s shaped her values and work ethic the most. If given the chance to meet anyone, past or present, she says she’d love to meet Will Smith; someone she admires for his charisma and positivity.
